This was for mmswitch v0.94B, but I think that it's fixed now in latest v0.96B

I don't know how you installed Morgan, it does not necessarily appear in the uninstall programs in windows, some packs or software install it "silently". If so, the command is:

regsvr32.exe -u mmswitch.ax

(this works when the file mmswitch.ax is in \windows\system32 ; otherwise you'll need to specify the path to the file)
