subs on tv&monitor without overlay but not with someones

this works fine wihout overlay (no 1 no 2), on tv and monitor, i see subs on tv and monitor and i see movie, works fine but.....

but with somes movies, i see the movie on tv, but not the subs, but on monitor i see the sub????, thats with no overlay, ...

and if i turn on 1 or 2 overlay, or i dont see the movie on tv, (i have too set the driver, 'full screen overlay', to see), and turn on the 'subs on overlay', and with that i see the movie and the subs,but the sub ar on the left, and all compacted???????????????

and that it, i dont know what to do.....why?? why? whyyyy???? :twisted:
