Subtitles+FFDshow

I am new to Bsplayer and I have two questions.

1. No subtitle was retrieved from ny DVD (files or disk) during playback. Tried to load it manually, but it looks for file with .sub or.txt suffices which I don't think it is on the file folder of thr DVD, please advise.

2. I have been using FFDShow for playback manipulation, I have seen some FFDshow trace in your player but I do not know how to link it up to FFDshow, say for sharpening or Denoise.

Please advise.

BSPlayer can't play yet DVDs with subtitle. FOr that you must install DirectVobSub and load the subtitle from the idx/sub file.

For other files, just name the subtitle file with the same name as the video file:
matrix.avi
matrix.sub or matrix.txt

As for FFdshow, you must install it first. And it will be loaded when needed.
