bs player pro 1.02 not function

Hi, my problem is:
the program not function, but the win media player works fine.

I play the file whit bs and I see black sreen and I have the sound.
the same file whit WMP9 work fine!
when the bs player Pro function the video is strobed.
And the subtitle editor not start
And the capture not start.

I have a problem whit this, but whit bs player 1.0 free all work fine

Black screen probably is from lack of codecs:

The subtitle editor can be started from options->subtitle->subtitle editor. If is greyed out then you did not registered your BSPlayer as bst instructed you in the email.
