Here plays ok. Using DivX 5.21 also. But BSPlayer say in video info that is an XviD movie. Strange thing ! Because I do have XviD installed on my computer, 1.02 last build by Koepi and the file is indeed XviD, reported also by VirtualDub.

The video codec used is: codec: DIVX/xvid name: DivX 4 (OpenDivX) it uses quarter pixel, and gmc since GSpot can tell that, maybe BSplayer should also identify this codec as DivX 4 (OpenDivX) not XVid? |

Just to complete my report: I used bsplayer 1.02 with XviD-1.0.2-29082004 Only bsplayer carshes, windows media player and some others does not crash. After installing DivX Version 5.2.1 bsplayer is working fine. |

Having it say XviD in the info panel doesn't mean necessarily that the file was encoded with XviD, yet it is being decoded with XviD |
