can't load Winamp playlist

I have a playlist created with Winamp:

#EXTINF:-1,Taku Iwasaki - Kenshin - Cord of Life (k a w a i i - r a d i o || kawaii-desu || http://kawaii-radio.net)
http://server3.kawaii-radio.net:8082/

BSplayer won't read it, even though it can play http://server3.kawaii-radio.net:8082/

Another problem with this internet radio: normally when I minimize BSplayer control window to tray, and hover over its icon I will see name of the movie, in this case I see: 8082/, which happen to be only the part of name.
Also that would be nice if it could show me there song name, not stream name.
