bsplayer 1.02 crash with TvTool 6 (switch back from tv mode)

Hi,
I use TvTool 6 and bsplayer 1.02, when I swicth back from TVmode
bsplayer crashes. This is always reproducable.

Is it a known issue? In case, it is not known, I will post
the stack trace.
