Default Crash with avi & mpeg files.
It playes first 2 seconds and then crashes.
Other file types work fine.

In ther players all works OK.

I have the same problem. Tried different renderers, all the same. Tried registering CODECs fresh after total unregistration. Same.

Strange thing is it was working.... Installed some software, but its all uninstalled now.
