Pan-scan bugs in 817-820 builds (maybe in another too)

Some bugs in pan-scan:
If video with big resolution (for example 640*480, 768*576) all working fine. But if I'm opening 352*288 video, aspect ratio Original or Anamorphic and swithing many times Fullscreen\Window, pan-scan is decreasing after every swithing. But if aspect ratio is 4:3 or 16:9, pan-scan works good.
