Player won't stay NOT on top...

I'm using BSPlayer 1.36 full screen with all "stay on top" options I can find to OFF.

Using AMCap (small capturing program), I also have a small webcam window in preview mode displaying on top in a corner with "Always on top" ON.

However, when BSPlayer goes on to play a new random video from its list, nevertheless it will move on top of AMCap. My wish is that the webcam would remain on top at all times.

Is this a typical overlay problem, or is it BSPlayer's or AMCap's fault? Is there a solution?

I now see that it's no problem on my own single screen PC. AMCap will stay on top (with "on top" on or off) even when BSplayer starts new movies.
It might be a problem specific to the dual screen mode on the other system then... I'll go double check everything as well.

There, the problem exists on screen 1, where BSPlayer always sticks its head up above AMCap :?
