No sound at all

Hi
With most movies there's no problem at all, but with some of them I don't get any sound. It has something to do with the volume, because the volume is always on -0.01%. The weird thing is that there's absolutely no problem on my other computer.
Can anybody help me with this?
Thanks

Use Gspot ( http://codecs.orcon.net.nz/gspot20.rar ) to test the file and make sure you have the right audio codec installed. Its possible that you havent got something like the WMA codec installed, this would account for your lack of sound and bsplayer displaying the volume at that level.
