Can't create channel list

Can someone help me ??? In capture settings when i choose tuner as input, and tv tuner configuration window by pressing AUTOSCAN button player start scanning channels (they appears for a seccond) but do not add them to my channel list. I have set my country and PAL format properly. How to enforce player to make the channel list? What is the difference between relaxed scan and auto scan without relaxed scan option checked? Thanks a lot!
