green plain on the right of the screen on tv-out

I see on the right of the tv a green plain from top to bottom, about 1/15th wide of the total screen.

On the comp-monitor the problem does not exist.

only a few movies have the problem.

try to change overlay mode from mode 1 to mode 2 (mode 2 won't work with build 492, try with an older build) or even switch to "force RGB" mode
