Quietseb is an unknown quantity at this point

works perfectly for me with w2ksp3 (worked already with w2ksp2)

make sure you have your windows' background set to 'none', otherwise movie is displayed behind the wallpaper so you can see it only through the icon's titles
(that's curious but that's what happened to me)
