File with Unicode Char & Folder Handling

BS player V2 Bug

(1) It opens file with unicode fine. But you can't drag & drop a file to its main window with unicode char as file name.

(2) If you use Open-File to play a file & close it afterwards, the folder is still in use by BSPlayer (You can't rename or delete it)
However, if you drag-drop a file to play, then close it. That foler is not in hold.
It is minor problem, but I often player files & delete it right after I finish, it DOES lead to some inconvience.
