sound problem

I am using BSplayer 1.39 with the K-lite codec mega pack.
My problem is that when i watch a movie the TALKING is always too quiet while in the same time the BACKGROUND MUSIC and SOUND EFFECTS are too loud.
I've been having this problem for a long time and it's getting on my nerves so HELP ME PLEASE!!!
