SoS NO SOUND ...in anything

Hi guys..im new with BSplayer

i cant hear ANY sound ...with all video and audio formats

i go in audio options and i check in INTERVIDEO AC3 the options i want..Stereo...and 2 speakers but when i go out and back again ..is unchecked...i dont know if this is the problem

all the other players ..play OK..with perfect sound

i think i have all the filters and codecs...i cant find anything wrong
