sluggish frame rate?

uhh i tried searching n stuff but its hard when you dont know what the problem is called or why its happening...so ill just post a screen shot

1. It'a video file with some bugs. If all other files play OK, than that is the faust.
2. You are playing an newer XviD compressed file using an older decoder. Update your decoder (XviD or FFdshow)
