I haveWindowsVist.
I havedownladed Bsplayer Free BSplayer v2.24.954.

Each time I try to run a video I have the following error:

When I try to run the same videos with wmv 11 it works well.

Can anyone help here?
I have already tried the directdraw manipulation with no success.
