Default rared x264

Recently a few releases came in x264 format, rared. I never had problems opening those files, since they were supported. Now, those few new ones start playback and stop after a minute or two. You cant even skip forward. It always stops at the exact time. I think its when it changes volumes... Its not a problem of my BSplayer, since all the older rared x264 play fine. Just to give an example - earth.2007.720p.bluray.x264-hv - the rared files are not named as usual earth.2007.720p.bluray.x264-hv.R01... but earth.2007.720p.bluray.x264-hv.part001.rar... I tried renaming still no luck. When unrared, no problem at all.

Anybody else experiencing this? Thanks

Is it even possible to play archived rar's directly without having to unpack them urself? I hate unpacking scenereleases coz it eats space so much coz I never remember to delete the unpacked mkv's or avi's.

So: is it possible to play rarred files? I tried this with every single rar file from a movie, and all of em together, and the folder br dropping it on the bsplayer. Didn't work obv.

I got 2.27 pro, build 959.

thanks.

@bambiboi yes, bsplayer is one of the few players that supports this feature (not that I know of any others). Just use the open file dialog from bsplayer and search for the folder you want. One of the rar files will show up and you can open it just like that:P

I have no problems with the part1...part2 RAR files
Just drag and drop the part01.rar file onto BSPlayer.
