Default Problems with playing movies

Hi!

I cannot play movie files with my bs paler.

Could you be a little more specific and tell us:

- what kind of file were you going to play
- wich codecs are installed on your computer
- wich splitters are installed on your computer
- wich operating system are you running

I think this file is dvix file. I have vista. But before vista was everthying workig.

Follow BSPeter's Help2Help FAQ linked in my signature, especially where he suggest to check which codec is needed to play a file (use GSPot) and know if you have it installed on your system..

Maybe you haven't installed the required codecs since chaging the OS. Windows comes with a s**tload of WM/ libaries but is very slow to add support for new (and not so new) defacto formats.
