[CONFIRMED] 2.30 Problem changing playback speeds and rewind

Hi,
I downloaded BSP PRO 2.28 a week or two ago, and then upgraded to BSP PRO 2.30.

I'm using Windows Vista
Trying to play DVDs (.VOB, or .IFO files(?))

I am unable to change the playback speeds using the menus or the shortcuts (F5, F6, shift F5, etc). Also, I am able to fast foward, but fast rewind does not work (it makes the DVD skip).

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and am having the same problems.

I have contacted PRO customer support twice and still had no response.

Hoping you can help.
