dragging video window causes playback restart

in a dual-screen winxp setup when i drag the video window from one screen to another, the video would restart (dvd would get brought back to menu). ver.2.28

I can't try to play a DVD at the moment, but I tried with an avi file and it didn't got restarted, it just stops for a second, just the time to reinitialise DirectDraw surface on the second monitor, and then continue from there
