works for me. make sure youre using the latest ffdshow filter. i was using and older version and it would crash whenever i played a divx5 file. but xvid files worked ok. ffdhsow homepage: http://cutka.szm.sk/ffdshow/index.html |

closer specification of problem
i've lastest ffdshow (with older version are same results). it works when i don't use overlay. but overlay, mode 1 produces ugly crash of XP. With mode 2 only bsplayer crashes. my configuration: WinXP + ATI RAGE 128 Pro MODE1: Only WXP message box "bsplayer has encountered problem ....", probably windows fault, but maybe not: error signature: app: bplay.exe 0.8.5.488, mod: bsrendv.dll 1.0.0.0 offset: 00002eab MODE2: BSPlayer v0.85.488, Unhandled exception at EIP: 0040326E Application will be terminated.
