SeNS is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Overlay pan & scan

Is it possible to implement this feature? (like ffdshow does http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow/)

Default

Does this information from BSPlayer's About-box perhaps represent what you're looking for?
Keydefinitions:
[O] = Pan-scan / [Shift+O] = Custom Pan-scan

(Perhaps also have a look at "Options"/"Preferences"/"Video")

When posting always mention your computer's OS and the version and build number(!) of BS.Player as used by you,
as well as - if applicable and especially when encountering problems - the type(s) of the file(s) mentioned in your post.

It's perfectly works on the primary monitor, but on the "Video mirror" (in nVidia terms, on the secondary screen i.e. TV) it fails. I can fix it using ffdshow and overlay mode 2 in BSPlayer but it not so useful (I need to manually adjust resize and zoom factors for each movie)

However ffdshow came with sources. Could you please take a time and implement this feature in your perfect player? I think with this feature BSPlayer will be only one of its kind.

Just for good order's sake: bst is the creator of BSPlayer. I'm merely one of its users (and already think BSPlayer to be rather unique).
