Hello, I tried to install BS Player free today (201-02-19) and got a couple of virus warnings. I downloded it from official site: www.bsplayer.com first from EU server, than after AVG came up with virus warning i downloaded file from Softonic and compared both files which turned up identical. The warnings are: Detected virus Worm/Generic2.BIDX c:\User\me\Downloads\bsplayer266\bsplayer266.1075. exe Process name: C:\Windows\System32\SearchProtocolHost.exe Trojan BackDoor.Generic14.BDEQ c:\User\me\Downloads\bsplayer266\bsplayer266.1075. exe Process name: C:\Windows\System32\SearchProtocolHost.exe I'm runnig full system scan ATM and i'm wondering if the installation files are indeed infected or it's false positive. I still have both files avaliable, but was unable to attach them here because of the filesize limit. Best regards Mikulas Stastny |
