Default Win 7 - ESET - install problems

First, What IS the real bsplayer web site DOT ORG, DOT COM what??

Apparently, when you download (from dot.org) you are getting just an install stub. Besides ESET going nuts, which I dismiss with "no action", Win 7 says, "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I've tried to run the stub with "Run as Administrator" - but no love.

Any solutions?

Lee!
