If i put it in the movie's folder, will it work, or only on BSPlayer's ?? and if i put on movie's folder, will it have the same name, or the movie's name?

It will work but you will use that code:
menu\BSPlayer\BSplay.exe movie1\Movie.ini

The ini file doesn't need to have the same name as the video file.

Yeap! That's another great thing with ini/bsi files. 8)

As for the anamorphic option.. Nope, I don't think that it's possible to set it in ini files or even at command line. :(
