Default VobSub+BSPlayer+DivX - no subtitles

I try to use VobSub with DivX and there are no subs. =)
When I work with XviD - there are no problems.

I found solution - when I check 'Advanced overlay' in DivX and select 'RGB conversion' (or smth like this) in BSPlayer then VobSub loads, but unfortunally these settings sometimes conflict with some of films. =)

What else can I do?.. I began to use internal subtitle decoder from BS, but it did not work correctly with ssa and other 'complex' formats. =)

I've read FAQ, Forum and try to use Search.
I presume that I'm using old version of BSPlayer. =) From KliteMega1.17.
I'll to upgrade today to BS 1.22, but that 'll take time. There are problems with my Inet connection. =)
