Aud-X Dolby Pro Logic II compatible

The newest version of our codec (1.1) for HGHQ encoding option
is mp3 backwards compatible. The mp3 stereofile is now downmixed with
accordance to DPLII matrix, thus when reproduced by ProLogicII decoder
should result in multichannel signal.

When reproduced with Aud-X decoder, Aud-X algorithms are used
to reconstruct the complete 5.1 panorama.
