Can you see which filter is used by BSplayer to decode audio while your movie is playing? Right-click -> Options -> Filters

I get: default wave out, ligos mpeg and AC3 filter

I have the same effect on my system that separate AC3 streams cannot be rendered using AC3Filter. Perhaps an additional source filter is needed?
