Executable Protector for Free version

What's the point of packing the free version with a closed packer/protector? Do you fear that users will replace the "Free for non-commercial use" reminder? ;)

Yes, maybe a less intensive packer would be better.. UPX is faster an the package is aproximatly of the same size.. at least for the free version would be a nice choice..
