Default bsplayer screen capturing problems

I have bsplayer ver. 100.812

My pc crashed so they cleaned out my hard drive. i had to re-install everything again but my bsplayer did screen captures fine before, now re-installing it this is what i get:

i'm sorry to just spam here, but i really need to get to the bottom of this.

Have you already tried as suggested in item (b) under MISCELLANOUS in the second half of my Help2Help-post?? It reads:
Experiment with different rendering/overlay modes
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Video > Video rendering
and/or
with a different setting of "Convert captured images in software" under
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > General ("south east" quarter of the window)


P.S.:
Please mention which codecs/filters BSPlayer uses for playback (See last line of item (3) of my Help2Help-post.)

I did but I expected it to be about codecs or something, I just installed nimo lite or something and thought maybe codecs interfered. But I ticked some RGB mode box under the directions you gave and it works great now, thanks :)
