Using a "ZoomPlayer" *.cut file?

Is there any way to modify either BSPlayer or the *.cut file to work? My PVR uses ComSkip to create the file which when played in ZoomPlayer cuts over the commercials. BUT I LOVE BSPLAYER MORE!!! Help me if you know the answer!!
