Probably because that 2nd option works for idx+sub subtitles.. :? There was another option if I remember right.. take a look at BSPeter's sticky post (READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING) and see if you can find a solution.. I'll search the forum for an alternative.. Anyway you can use the 1st option, so you don't have to disable VobSub (probably this is the solution I remember) :P
