DVD vob is playabale but not DVD

Hi,

Problem is playing DVDs with wrong region set in my laptop (DVDR - TS-L462A TS31) and there is no more region changes left.
It seems that WinDVD 6.0 nor Windows Media Player 11 doesn't support region free DVD playback and either there isn't any workarounds.

BSPlayer Pro 2.1 doesn't seem to be able to handle DVD menu system.
Or should it play DVD normally too?

BSplayer can open and play directly DVD VOB files but when I open a DVD the display remains black.
As vob plays back, it seems that mpeg 2 decoder is installed already.
All forum search hits have been not informative, mostlyu with suggestion to search the forum.... :-) what I already did prior to posting.

Any constuctive ideas?

You can try VideoLAN Client when you absolutely need to access the menu.

As adicoto already replied you in your other post you can/need use a region free utility (next time don't double post)
