C:\Documents and Settings\"username"\Application Data\BSplayer Pro folder you have all the settings. Or allmost. Copy them on the other computer. Don't know if that will help in some way.

From my experience it's not possible to copy the whole XML to another computer. BSPlayer may crash.

I don't think it will crash 'cause of the XML files... but there are some keys related to the PC, such as:
WinAmpPluginDir
LastFile
CapDir
PodcastDir
SubFont
OsdFont
WLIRCAddrPort

I think BS.Player would possibily crash only if you don't have the proper fonts on your system (but probably default fonts will be used instead)
The other settings are path/address relatives, but only PodcastDir by default points to your user documents and settings folder (and LastFile probably points to a folder your friend will not have), anyway all these parameters can be changed in BS.Player preferences the first time you run it (first time so you don't run into problems by opening files from not existing paths)

Probably the crash may occour if you copy also the BSPMLIB.DAT file from your PC to your friend's one

P.S.
Other settings that may interfere are windows positions... so before copying files to your friend's pc, place BSplayer windows near the top left corner of your screen ;)
