As far as I know, only DivX Player can do that.

Can you give us a sample of a DivX file with embedded subtitles?

Could it be possible using FFDShow...? ("Accept embedded subtitles" option)

Default Embedded subtitle tracks

I have also encountered a similar problem, although only in one specific case:

If there is a subtitle track in a Xvid file, BSplayer does not seem to be able to show it and additionaly does not allow an external subtitle file to be loaded. Even the load subtitles option is greyed out in the menu.

For comparison, I tried to run the file with VLC and the enable / disable subtitle track worked fine.

BSplayer: version 2.12, Build 941
