Spam problems with uol.com.br e-mail provider Antispam UOL

To all users of the uol.com.br e-mail services:

We have noticed that quite a lot of automatically generated emails to this e-mail provider return a result shown below. Due to large amount of daily e-mails, we cannot manually click all of these emails. The solution would be to disable Antispam UOL service, or to add our e-mail (support@bsplayer.com) to you address book. This way you would receive all auto-generated e-mails from bsplayer.com (lost password, license e-mail, license expiration e-mail...) without being detected as spam.

To our knowledge, we have this problem only with this e-mail provider.
