BS.Player 2.16 is available

BS.Player 2.16 release features:

* Added basic support for EVR (Enhanced Video Renderer) available on Windows Vista operating system
* other modifications for increased compatibility with Microsoft Vista operating system

* Added options to set alpha blending for main and video window (works on Windows 2000+, but is only fully supported in Windows Vista operating system)

* Playlist and Media library can now be skinned (sample skin can be found here: http://www.bsplayer.com/download/Sample_skin.zip)

* Multi-part movies will be now automatically added to playlist, also when second (third...) part of the movie is opened (for example: Movie.CD2.avi -> Movie.CD3.avi...)

* some other minor changes and bug fixes
