Player window focus regain after playlist advance

Player window should regain focus (if it had focus/was in fullscreen) on playlist advance so keyboard shortcuts work ok. Playing lots of small files currently sux hard.

Maybe you're using config from older version where this option was present.

it happens with all games that use directx. it's pretty annoying and should be fixed somehow already, this "feature" is here for way too long.
