i am pretty sure theres a prob. i tried it out a few times.

select preferences
select key definition & winlirc
check global key without selecting any player functions

btw, what does global...

i currently am using bsplayer v1.00 b 810 (16July2004).
i wish to upgrade to the pro version and i would like to keep my existing preferences (file associations and especially the key definitions)....
