Gray screen when playing MSMPEG4 files (WinXP)

I installed bsplayer on my fresh winxp, but when I want to play back MSMPEG4 files in bsplayer the screen remains gray. I do get sound though.

I installed DivX 5.0.2, DivX 3.11 and MSMPEG4...
