Subtitles

Hi 3 days now i face a problem with subs. I find the proper subs, i putthe the proper language, i download them and the video is playing ok. But whem i try to play it again there are no subs, i must download them again!!! And when i try to play it on TV with a usb its not possible to download again subs!!! Where is the problem? Plese help me

And there is no srt file with the video file?
