Do you by "main menu" by any change refer to the control panel=main window? If so, it is a matter of a skin which has "hard coded" text labels. Try a different skin (e.g. Base skin). With respect to the subs I really have no idea (other than that a wrong subs-file is used). If you're referring to on-line subs: did you define "Default subtitle language(s)" under Options > Preferences > Subtitles [Subtitle properties]? Maybe the (3) subs-providers have no subs in arabic for your movies? Could you please explain with a bit more details?

I meanwhile had a further look at your translation-file. It appears that you also translated the "title" [Menu] into [ قائمة ]. That's why the translations for the menu do not work using your file. You should leave the "titles"/"labels" (between the square brackets) unchanged. (Still no idea what could be your problem with the subtitles).
