Default Improper display of text in the menu / subtitles. Errors switching subtitles. Etc...

I found bugs in all versions.

1. Improper display of text in the menu. (All OS)

2. Improper display of text in subtitles when playing a combination of two languages (eg English and Russian). (All OS)

3. Errors switching subtitles (when you display two subtitles simultaneously). For example, I choose English and Russian, and displayed two English. Must re-click on the Russian, to solve the problem. (All OS)

4. Sometimes the program hangs when rewinding. (Windows 7 only)

First of all, you must install windows support for non unicode programs for your language (russian). Control panel -> regional settins (region and languages in 7), advanced tab in XP or administrative -> change locale in 7.
As for rewinding in 7, please provide the information about the decoder used (windows MPEG4's built in ?).

Last versions of Russian translations are unicode. Update BS.Player to last version and menus\OSDs etc will be correct, even if default system language for non-unicode is not russian.
Or do as saying adicoto, change system properties.

About hanging on rewindind - sometimes I have this bug, when watching HD (720p) videos on my old PC (P4-3GHz). Codecs: CoreAVC 1.xx/2.0, ffdshow (libavcodec for H.264), for sound - AC3 Filter or ffdshow, splitter - Haali's last version. On playing CPU utilization is about 70-90%, on rewind it becames 100% and sometimes BS 'freezes' on this operation until process killing. Easy to repeat this: take any HD-Rip (size of file 4-10 GB), open in BS and fast rewind it 5-7 times. Hangs almost in 100%

Sorry.
Yes, confirming this bug: with standard skin in fuulscreen menus are non-unicode. With unicode translation appears this trash. BSPlayer 2.51.1022

Не сообразил сразу...
Проблема в том, что перевод в юникоде, а саму программу авторы еще не целиком на юникод перевели.

Yes, recoding lang\Russian.lng to cp1251 solve this problem. But there are still problems 2, 3 and 4.

With an appropriate media file loaded:
rightclick > Options > Filters > Advanced
(Clicking on the [+]-signs reveals further info/options)

BS.Player 2.52 build.1023. Nothing of this fixed...
