Edit: The above mentioned bug for "right-to-left" languages is reported to be repaired in version 2.58.1058 ("changes.txt")

Edit: I suppose this issue has been FIXED/SOLVED (lacking any further reports concerning this issue during 2011.)

[FIXED in 1050] Option "Remember movie settings" doesn't work for secondary subtitles (only primary).
[In 1049 2nd subs already were remembered, but subsequently unable to ever forget.]
