OK, it seems you're using a real old version (0.84).
Let's first upgrade to either latest 0.86 version (i.e. build 501) or to newest 1.0 version (build 803). Some people still prefer to use build 501 over build 803.
You can download either build here (501 available as zip and/or as exe=install file), here (501=zip-file) or here (501=exe-file) [803 is exe-file on all three sites.]
(And of course latest 803 build can also be downloaded from the site of its creator bst, i.e. here.)
