I cannot imagine you've got the same problem as ZAKhan as he was referring to BSPlayer Pro version 1.36 Build 825, 5 Sept 2005.
What version concerns your problem?
Did you contact BS.Player team with your problem (as indicated in item (f) almost at the bottom of my Help2Help-post)?
