You already can see (with an appropriate media-file loaded) which filters/codecs BS.Player is using and also access that filter/codec's settings:
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
(You may have to click on the [+]-signs to get further access.)

Did you already try to use BS.Player's filter management?
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Filter management
[General] [Filter priority] [Blacklist/Whitelist] [Filter manager]
